We have 4 terrific nurses at Dixie Road Medical Associates, and Shanti is our head nurse.

Our nurses will care for you from the moment you walk in, they are there to assist you and to assist our doctors. 

They will give you your vaccinations shots and other injections, they will get you prepared for your consultation with your doctor,

may contact you with your test results and will always be there to answer your questions. 

For all nursing related inquiries including prescription renewal requests,

an INR result, or if you are sending images for your chart to be reviewed by your doctor, you can email the nursing team as indicated below.

Dixie Road Medical Associates Family Health Organization ( FHO) Doctors have been looking after you and your family for generations.

They offer you and your family the opportunity to benefit from comprehensive and accessible health care that suits your needs.

As continuity of care is important to achieve quality care and good long term health outcomes, it is essential that you direct all your primary care medical needs to your family doctor and avoid going to walk in clinics.

If you do require a service that your family doctor doesn’t provide, please talk with your doctor first and they will arrange the necessary referral.

Please note all of our ten physicians work four weekdays per week as well as their evening, and weekend commitments at the practice.
